ASSEMBLY Magazine Honors its 2007 Assembly Plant of the Year
BENSENVILLE, IL, November 15, 2007--During a recent ceremony at the Schneider Electric/Square D plant in Lexington, KY, company officials received an engraved crystal award and a commemorative banner honoring ASSEMBLY Magazine’s 2007 Assembly Plant of the Year. More than 1,000 people attended the event, which also celebrated the plant’s 50th anniversary.
The Assembly Plant of the Year award was created by ASSEMBLY, a BNP Media publication, in 2004 to showcase world-class production facilities located in America. Don Hegland, editor in chief of ASSEMBLY, and Austin Weber, senior editor, presented the 2007 award to Schneider Electric/Square D executives. ASSEMBLY Magazine Celebrates Golden Anniversary!
