Mike leads the company’s design department and provides creative guidance and technical expertise to a large team of art directors and graphic designers. Through his mentorship of a diversely talented team, he translates creative vision into actionable plans and provides creative direction to help his team thrive. His strategic approach ensures that creative solutions support overall business objectives, and he is committed to developing his team’s skills through feedback and support. He and his team have won numerous industry design awards, including Folio: Ozzie Awards and the APEX Awards for Publication Excellence. With over 25 years of experience in the graphic design field, Mike has designed for various BNP Media magazine brands and events and currently designs Architectural Record. He is a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
