Nikki Smith

With over two decades of experience, Nikki has been instrumental in driving the company’s digital transformation and operational excellence. Nikki began her career at BNP Media in 2000 as a Marketing Manager and progressively advanced to Director roles before assuming the COO position in August 2022. In her current role, Nikki oversees marketing, audience development, email operations, data and analytics, and both digital and product teams. She has led initiatives to revamp BNP Media’s online presence, enhance audience development, and foster a data-driven culture. Her efforts have been recognized industry-wide, including being named to the Folio Top 40 in 2012. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Cornell University. She resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband, Rodger, and their two sons. Outside of her professional endeavors, Nikki is actively involved in school organizations, practices yoga, and enjoys traveling, with a particular passion for exploring National Parks.
